For the project at the maltings in Puurs, we treated the exterior wall with a layer of SoudaGum Hydro coating. The wall was previously covered with an insulation layer and cladding, but due to aging and rust spots, the client decided to treat the wall now. With the applied coating, the wall can last for many more years. SoudaGum Hydro is an elastic, waterproof membrane that is also water vapor permeable, contributing to better air circulation. The wall is now easier to clean, making maintenance simpler.
